LOAN FORGIVENESS (PPP)

We are now accepting the SBA simplified forgiveness applications (Form 3508S) on all loans $150,000 or less.  The new application is available on our loan portal at .

If your loan is over $150,000 you can apply for forgiveness in our portal at the above link. As a reminder, the time allowed to apply for forgiveness is up to 10 months following the Covered Period. The Covered Period is, at your selection, up to 24 weeks following the date you received your loan.

We cannot accept paper or scanned/e-mailed forgiveness applications. Just as when you applied, you will use the same log-in credentials to access your loan in our As a reminder, your log-in ID for the loan portal is the e-mail address where you received the initial invitation to apply. EIDL ADVANCE REDUCTION

The forgivable portion of Economic Injury Disaster Loan advances, which were up to $10,000 based on number of employees, will no longer be withheld from PPP Loan forgiveness. If your loan has been forgiven but was reduced by the EIDL advance amount, the SBA has established a means to allow Emirates Standard Bank to reimburse you for any payment you may have made or forgive any remaining balance on your PPP loan. Once Emirates Standard Bank receives the funds from the SBA, we will contact you to arrange reimbursement for any amounts you paid or to cancel the remaining balance on your PPP loan attributable to the EIDL advance reduction.
